Information about our SMS messaging program, your consent, and how to manage your preferences.

About Our SMS Program

Conceptual Health ("Conceptual Healthcare Corporation") offers SMS messaging to patients and users of the CH Orb\u2122 platform for the following purposes:

  • Appointment reminders and scheduling confirmations
  • Account verification and two-factor authentication (2FA) codes
  • Account recovery verification codes
  • Important health and wellness notifications
  • Prescription refill reminders
  • Lab result availability notifications (no PHI included in message)

How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Conceptual Health through any of the following methods:

  • Web Registration: During account creation on the CH Orb\u2122 patient portal, you may enter your mobile phone number and check the SMS consent checkbox.
  • In-Clinic Registration: During patient intake at a Conceptual Health clinic, you may provide your mobile phone number and sign the SMS consent form.
  • Mobile App: Within the CH Orb\u2122 iOS app Settings, you may enable SMS notifications and provide your phone number.
  • Text Keyword: Text START to (877) 235-0069 to opt in to messages.

When signing up for our services, you will see the following consent language alongside a phone number input field:

By providing your phone number and checking this box, you agree to receive SMS messages from Conceptual Health including appointment reminders, account verification codes, and care notifications. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help. We will not share mobile information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. View our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message Frequency & Rates

Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 10 messages per month depending on your account activity, appointment schedule, and notification preferences.

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your wireless carrier apply. Conceptual Health does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier may.

SMS messages are sent from (877) 235-0069.

How to Opt Out

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time using any of these methods:

  • Reply STOP to any message from us
  • Reply CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, or END to any message from us
  • Contact us at (850) 963-0002 or support@conceptualhealth.com
  • Disable SMS notifications in your CH Orb\u2122 app Settings

After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent. You may opt back in at any time by texting START to (877) 235-0069.

Your phone number is used solely for the purposes described above and is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

No protected health information (PHI) is ever included in the body of SMS messages. Notification messages only alert you to check the secure CH Orb\u2122 app for details.

Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is supported on all major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
